Resume Scanner turns a pile of resumes into a searchable shortlist. Add the PDF and Word files you received for a role or a campus drive, then ask for the candidates you need in plain English. Every resume is read, its qualifications, marks, grades, experience and skills are picked out, and the results are ranked or filtered in a moment.

Ask the way you think

Type "btech with above 70% in 12th", "mba or pgdm with first class", "freshers with cgpa above 8" or "python and sql, 3+ years experience, top 10". Combine conditions with and, or and not, sort by CGPA, percentage or experience, and name a particular level when it matters, such as 85% in 12th or a CGPA of 8 in the B.Tech. If you prefer, the quick filters build the query for you from a simple form.

Marks, grades and qualifications, understood

Resume Scanner knows Indian and international qualifications, from 10th and 12th through diplomas, bachelor's and master's degrees to doctorates, with their usual abbreviations. It reads the percentage, the CGPA and its scale, the letter grade and the class or division of each one, and converts between percentage and CGPA when a resume only gives one. Experience is taken as stated, or added up from employment dates.

Rank or filter, and see why

Rank mode lists every resume, best match first, so near misses aren't lost: a 72% comes before a 55% when you asked for above 75%. Filter mode shows only the resumes that meet every condition. Each result explains itself with a tick or a cross for every condition and the value found, and the resume text is shown with the matches highlighted. Counts by qualification, marks band, experience and skills let you narrow the list with one click, and the results export to a CSV file for Excel.

Your candidates' data stays with you

Resumes are copied into a library on your own computer and searched there. Nothing is uploaded, so candidates' personal details never leave your machine.

What you get

A lifetime licence key, emailed straight after payment, with installers for Windows and Linux. The same key works on either platform, and you can move it to a new computer whenever you like: deactivate it in the app under Help → License, or from your order page. Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments, and your order page always has the latest builds.
